I bought a pickup from Audrey at Team Auto in December. It was a perfect experience. When I initially called I thought there was no chance they would get my business as it appeared a competing brand would edge them out on cost which was my primary deciding factor.

After talking with Audrey I thanked her for her time and expected that would be the last I talked to her like it would have been with many I have dealt with in sales.

She must keep pretty good notes on potential customers though because a few days later when GM offered some additional incentives on the vehicle I was interested in she contacted me again. I would also give her a compliment for being persistent without being pushy. When she contacted me I had forgotten about them and thought it was a spam deal. The second time I realized what was going on.

The price was good and the free deliver (5 hours?!) was awesome. Thanks to Audrey and Team Auto Center.

Every 10 to 15 years I replace my Suburban.  This is not an experience I look forward to as the car business does not have a very good reputation. Being in college, living in a couple of larger cities and being in the military for a few years, I have bought many vehicles from so many dealerships state side I have almost lost count. I'm sure everyone can agree with me dealers are always hard pressed to make a sell.  They are usually like sharks and will not finish with their victim until there's nothing left.  I talked with Audrey Garcia on 7/30/2015 about a vehicle I was interested in buying for my son.  She was so nice over the phone, I was thinking to myself "My son and I will walk in wanting this certain vehicle and before it's all over I'll be way over my head with a vehicle I didn't want.  I was pleasantly surprised when my son and I arrived.  Audrey wasn't there but she text me and told me to ask for Ashley.  So I did.  We test drove the car.  Got a great price for our trade in and was never pressured at all to look at other vehicles.  I was already pre approved from my bank for a loan on this car.  The Finance Manager found me another lender with quite a better interest rate.  Ashley and him took care of us while Audrey was finishing up on another job for TEAM.  Audrey came back just in time when we were finishing up finalizing the sale.  THe sales team does not work on commission so there wasn't any shark attacks at all that day.  We drove off the lot and noticed some minor flaws that need to be attended to.  We took it back to TEAM
